Refunds are only given for services which are NOT provided.

We guarantee that you will get a Pardon as long as you are eligible to receive one. This means the RCMP have not stated that a criminal record does not exist, you have not recently committed any offense(s) that would void your eligibility or indicate that you are still deemed to be a high risk to re-offend, and all fines have been paid and all penalties and/or parole has been served.

We cannot guarantee that a U.S. Waiver will be granted, as there are far too many variables that are considered by several U.S. Government agencies.

Partial refunds are given if your application(s) has not been completed.

Full refunds are given if we refuse to accept your application or cancel it after consulting with you.
